Please read all information below. You must agree to abide by all terms, policies, and agreements in order to place an order. By submitting an order form, I will automatically assume you have read and agree to abide by my terms, policies, and agreements. Even if you fail to actually read over the agreement, you will be held accountable if you breach any term or policy. If you do not agree with my TOS, please do not place an order. If you have any questions, please be sure to contact me.

If you breach any term, you will be subject to consequences such as but not limited to getting blocked and removed from all Ararity affiliations, being blacklisted, and/or having you, and all parties involved, reported to the DMCA. This is your one and only written warning. I will not accept any excuses due to the open access everyone has to my TOS.

I apologize for the lengthiness, but this is here for my protection as well as yours so please read it.

GENERAL TERMS

USAGE POLICY

These terms apply to all services.

Join the Ararity Graphics group here.

The group page is a space where you can keep all name changes updated, you can stay updated on my Terms of Service, FAQ, and you can see updates faster.

Please abide by all terms, policies, and agreements and I will do the same.

If you breach any term and/or policy, you will be subject to consequences.

Please be respectful and courteous at all times. Disrespect and rudeness will not be tolerated. .

This applies to both parties. I will remain professional and respectful during the entire process and I ask that you do the same. If we start to have conflicts, I have the right to decline/cancel your order.

Make sure I can contact you at all times. I will contact you via IMVU only unless you ask otherwise.

I will attempt to contact you two ( 2 ) times. If there is no response within 48 hours of both attempts, your order will automatically be canceled. I may contact you for varies reasons such as questions about your order, previews, etc. If your order was completed and you still don't respond within a week ( 7 days ), it will sold as a premade.

Please do not rush me. If you don't have patience, do not order. If you rush me, your order will be canceled.

I'll do my best to get your order completed in a timely manner, but please keep in mind I work in RL and may not always be available to work on custom work. Rushing examples: constantly emailing, inboxing, hinting, etc, about your order. I will send updates on your order while it's being completed if requested in your order form.

Once you approve your order's final preview, you may not ask for additional changes.

Please be specific and thorough when you are filling out your order form. The more information the better.

If you do not fill out the order form correctly and to it's entirety, your order will be declined.

If it is declined, I'll contact you and tell you what needs to be fixed. If you have any questions about the form,

please feel free to contact me before you submit.

Please do not purchase and/or use any stolen/unauthorized content from Ararity Graphics from another user.

When it comes to purchasing, you will only be in contact with the username Ararity or email address ararity.graphics@gmail.com. No one else has the right to resell any content from Ararity Graphics. If you

are caught purchasing and/or using unauthorized content, you will be liable to be reported to DMCA.

I have the right to decline an order from anyone, for any reason. I don't have to give an explanation.

Please be specific and thorough when you are filling out your order form. Please be creative and original.

Once you approve of your final preview, you have a week ( 7 days ) to send payment.

If you fail to pay within a week ( 7 days ), your order will be canceled and it will become a premade.

Do not send payment and/or purchase sticker until you are told to do so.

If you send the wrong amount or pay for the wrong sticker, no refunds will be given.

Store credit will be given based on the situation.

Please notify me of all name changes. You may let me know via inbox or within the proper group thread.

If you fail to notify me of your name change and you are caught using content from Ararity Graphics, I will assume that it as being stolen and will result in a DMCA takedown.

Please do not order if you don't have the funds to pay for it.

I will give you the price of your order after it has been accepted.

USAGE POLICY

NO REFUND POLICY

These policies apply to all services.

Do not resell, trade, and/or redistribute any content from Ararity Graphics.
This also goes for selling/redistributing individual layers/codes of premades and customs. I do not give anyone the right to resell, so please abide by this term. If you are caught selling any unauthorized content from Ararity Grahpics, you are liable to be blacklisted and reported to DMCA.

Do not claim my work as your own. If you re-upload your custom work to any social platform, please give credit.

Example: If you upload your custom work to IG, please tag and/or @ me. If you are caught taking credit for my work, you will be blocked and blacklisted.

Do not remove any copyright information without permission.

All of my content will have some sort of copyright. Some content will give permission within the file, but if it does not, please ask permission before removing. If you do remove it, I will assume you are taking credit for my work will result in you being blacklisted.

You may modify any purchased content but you still CANNOT resell and/or redistribute after modifications.

If you do, you will automatically be blacklisted and reported to DMCA.

You may use purchased content on one account only.

If you wish to use purchased content on multiple accounts, you must purchase it again per account.

FOR ICONS
If you are an icon creator, please do not use my product examples when creating and selling your icons.

If you are caught using and selling icons with my product image included, you will be blacklisted and blocked.

FOR FILES
Do NOT set any files affiliated with Ararity Grahpics to derivable.

If you are caught, you will be blacklisted and reported to DMCA.

IF YOU ARE DISABLED
You must notify me if you are a previous buyer with proof of your disabled name and previous purchases to have permission to re-upload purchased content. This also applies if you want to have content resent to you. This is a one time deal. If you cannot provide proof of name and previous purchases, you are not allowed to use any content affiliated with Ararity Graphics.

If you are caught using any content from Ararity Graphics and you fail to notify me, you will be sent a DMCA notice and blacklisted and blocked.

AS THE ARTIST
I retain the rights of all premade and custom work created and I am allowed to use your custom work for marketing purposes. This means I am allowed to advertise your custom order to social platforms, groups, etc.

If you join VIP, you will have the option to opt out, meaning all custom work will remain confidential unless I ask permission to use for marketing/advertising purposes.

AS THE ARTIST
I retain the rights to sell custom work ordered if you fail to pay for it. Please remember you will have seven ( 7 ) days to send payment after you have approved the final preview. If you don't pay within that timeframe, your custom will become a premade.

NO REFUND POLICY

PRIVACY AGREEMENT

This policy applies to all services.

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.

If you are unhappy with your final preview, please do not pay for it. It's understandable not to like the finished product, so do not feel pressured to purchase it. If you decide to pay for it when you are unhappy with the end result, you will not receive a refund. If I am at fault for any reason, you will receive store credit.

IF I AM NOT AT FAULT AND YOU DECIDE TO REPORT OR FILE A DISPUTE AGAINST ME TO RECEIVE A REFUND, ALL OF THE FOLLOWING WILL OCCUR.

I will fight the report/dispute.

All rights to all Ararity Graphics content ( premade and/or custom ) purchased will be retracted, meaning you will no longer have the right to use my content for personal and/or commercial use.

You will be asked to remove all Ararity Graphics content from your shop, group page, social media, etc. If you fail to do so, you will be reported to DMCA.

I will have the right to resell all custom work previously ordered/completed to new buyers .

You will be blocked and blacklisted from Ararity Graphics and Ararity affiliations.

IMPORTANT: For customs, I will never ask for payment before your approval of the final preview.

PRIVACY AGREEMENT

This agreement informs you on how I will use your private information.

I agree not to disclose your private information to anyone unless I am required by law or you violate my Terms of Service, Usage Policy, and/or No Refund Policy. Your private information will only be used to complete orders.

The only private information that you will be asked to disclose is your email address and/or Paypal ( if it's your form of payment ). When you provide your email address and/or Paypal, it implies that you are giving me consent to use it to complete your order. If you violate any term and/or policy, I would have to disclose your information as proof of violation, etc. By ordering, you are also agreeing to keep my personal information disclosed from any and everyone unless required by law.

Ararity Grahpics may revise these Terms of Service for the website at any time with or without notice. By using this website,

you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to stay updated

on all terms. Anytime there is an update, you will be notified on the homepage. If you have any questions, comments, and/or
